First and Last

Yesterday, Hannah played in her first ever piano recital. She played two songs - Cheerful Chimes by memory and The Handbell Choir as a duet with me. Hannah didn't seem nervous at all. I, on the other hand, was a tad bit nervous as she played. :-) She did a lovely job playing both songs. Thanks, Mrs. VL, for being such a great piano teacher for Hannah! She adores you and loves playing the piano.

Today was Hannah's last day of school. She said it was a bittersweet day since she's excited for summer but sad to be done with 2nd grade. She's had an awesome year due in large part to her incredible teacher, Mrs. M. Any chance you can move up to 3rd grade, Mrs. M? We are so grateful for you and the many ways you have guided, loved, inspired and encouraged Hannah this year. You are a blessing!
